Armadillo Eggs on the Pit Boss Smoker

Call it an appetizer call it a meal which ever you like. If you like jalapeno poppers you like the spice this gives you. These Armadillo eggs are one that i want to get to perfection. The biggest takeaway tip from this video would be using a peeler like the one i used to core out the jalapeno. Total cook time on these were right about that 2 1/2 hour mark so they don't take too long either.
