INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast (680 g)
1 medium onion diced
1 pint of baby bella mushrooms sliced (227 g)
3 1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter (50 g)
3 Tbsp all purpose flour (25 g)
12 oz low sodium chicken broth (354 ml)
16 oz heavy cream (473 ml)
SEASONING MIX
1 1/2 tsp season all salt (or plain salt)
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
1/2 tsp granulated onion powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
