Vegetable Cheese Stuffed Parantha (ଚିକ୍ ପରଟା) is a super yummy breakfast dish which is stuffed with cheese and lots of veggies making it really healthy.

Here is an easy to make recipe for cooking delicious and homemade Vegetable Cheese Stuffed Paratha.

Prep. Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Serves: 1 person

Ingredients:

½ cup Amul Cheese (Grated)
2 tbsp Amul Ghee
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Finely Chopped Small Onion
1-2 Finely Chopped Green Chillies
3 tsp Coriander Leaves
Water - as per requirement
½ tsp Amchur Powder
Salt to taste
