In this desert no sugar added. Instead of sugar use only dates. You do not feel you didn't use sugar in this. This coconut pudding is very easy and simple recepie that only take 5 minutes of microwave. This is really good for kids to adults anyone who worry about sugar intake.

Ingredients (for 2 people)
Dates - 4
Desiccated Coconut - 1/4 Cup
Milk - 1/4 Cup
Raisins - 1/8 Cup or more as you like
Cashew nuts - 1/8 Cup or more as you like
Egg - 2

** Add more Raisins and Cashew Nuts to fit for your taste.
** You can add any nuts such as almonds, pistachio, etc.
**Instead of raisins you can add desiccated mix fruits.
Steps
* Dates, milk and eggs blend really well.
*Then add desiccated coconut, raisins and cashew nuts.
*After you done microwave 5 minutes.
*put a toothpick and check its middle cook
*if not add a minute or two.
*Enjoy with your family.
