Chaat Masala is and indian spice mix that use to garnish on top of salads or curries. Sometimes it use as a flavor for lamonades.

See below ingredients list and instruction to make Chaat Masala.

Ingredients
Cumin Seeds 3 tbsp.
Fennel Seeds 1.5 tbsp.
Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp.
Mango Powder 1/4 cup
Black Salt 3tsp
Black Pepper 1 1/2 tsp.
Ground Ginger 1 1/2 tsp.
Ajwin Seeds (Carom Seeds, Asamodagam Seeds) 1 1/2 tsp
Dried Mint Crunched Leaves 1 tsp
Asafetida Powder (Hing, Perumkaya) 1/4 tsp

Steps
* Heat a pan and add cumin, coriander and fennel seeds.

* Roast them till you get aromatic smelm.

*When you get aromatic smell turn off and keep pan cool down.

* While roasted spices cooldown add rest of the spices to your grinder. In thee end don't forget to add the roasted spices to your grinder as well.

*Grind them till it powder or your texture.

*When it done keep it in a sealed container for furute use.
