Wood Flooring, Laying, Sanding, Staining + Stairs!

With our addition we wanted to keep our existing oak flooring but with just a different color.
I went to several flooring shops to get a match which was 3/4" white oak hardwood.

1:20 Took out the carpet landing and tile entryway

1:55 Laid flooring onto the concrete slab

3:00 Sanded everything with a drum, edge, and orbital sander

4:55 Stained with Minwax espresso color: You can find at Home Depot a lot cheaper than Amazon:

6:19 Put (4) coats of a water based oil modified polyurethane: (We found it a lot cheaper at Home Depot)
