The Track Pin Ejector KPP 80-125 is a specialized equipment for
replacing worn-out pins, bushings, track seals with a
force of 80 tons;
Decreases the complexity of the process, without any
mechanical damage of units and parts, without the use
of welding, gas cutting devices;
The equipment can also be used as a press for pressing
in and out the details with an interference fit in the joints.

The Mobile Master Pin Puscher KPP 80 125 allows you to quickly repair or service the machine in the field or in the workshop to return the equipment to operation. Thanks to the simple design of the press, the time required to set up the equipment is reduced, which allows the operator to quickly and efficiently complete a service call.
Robust and simple construction, lack of electric cables, the presence of a hydraulic pressure gauge in the kit allows full control of the mechanics for the work of a portable press.
A simple design allows you to use the press without the help of a crane, one person can do the work of replacing a worn link.

The equipment set includes a complete set of spacers and two types of pumps manual (for work outside) and hydraulic air foot pump (for work in the workshop). All hydraulic pumps have a pressure gauge for complete control over the process.
