VGRestore Ep9: SNES 1-Chip-03 Complete Overhaul w/CSNYC Restore & Voultar RGB Bypass

I take this SNES 1-Chip-03 with various problems in for a complete overhaul. I Replace the fuse, power port, reset switch, clean the cartridge connector, and clean the exterior. Then I restore the missing CSYNC components from the 1-chip-03 circuitry and add in Voultars RGB bypass kit for color corrected RGB.
