This book changed how I think about my business - Sell it Like Serhant

I finished a new book and it's changed the way I think about my business. It's been a game-changer in how I think about things. The main thing that I liked about the book was the acronym FKD (Finder, Keeper, Doer). I've been spending too much time "doing" (aka production, bookkeeping, cleaning, maintenance, etc) and not enough time finding or keeping. I've now set my schedule up in a way that allows me to do all of those things while I grow and start to fill in those roles with other people.
