Grimco responded to my HP latex bad media video

Grimco tracked me down (for something else) but I was able to speak with them about my issue. Theu were very kind and wished I'd have kept the roll or called them sooner. That's my advise, if you have an issue, call them (or your media manufacturer) with the lot number to see if they're having issues.
