A lot of us are beginning to plan for the year ahead, and the way most of us do it is through goal setting. But I want to share with you The Process–it is the system that I use, and have taught to my team and other agents.

The Process helps you take your goal-setting a step further by breaking them down into actionable strategies and steps that you can put on your calendars. And, you can do this for both yearly and monthly goals as well.
