Easy Peasy 416 Caterpillar Backhoe repair

Brief step by step of how I repaired a broken cross tube on this 416 Caterpillar Back Hoe loader arms. This repair was fun. these always seem to present their own challenges no matter how many times I do one. While the repairs to these or in swapping out the complete cross tubes, there will always be other issues that pop up that will also need attention. in this case, there were more cracks that needed attention once I removes most of the weld.
