[RWBY] Custom Resin Inlay Coasters - DIY Video

As a way of celebrating the Yang Arm video hitting 100k views, I filmed myself making some coasters with RWBY emblem inlays!
The woodwork was completed at UCL's Institute of Making (available to staff and students, and where I learned almost everything I know about my projects).
The resin work and sanding was done at home, in a workshop/shed/dumping area. I do not have a degasser, hence some of the imperfections you can see later on.
The main stages of production:
0:00 - Obtaining and preparing the files for laser engraving.
1:20 - Preparing the wood for laser engraving.
3:12 - Final jigging of the CAD file, and laser cutting/engraving.
4:50 - Resin casting.
8:10 - Sanding off excess resin.
10:45 - Finishing with multiple coats of oil/wax.
13:30 - Wallow in your mistakes.
