Sources: Atleast 350 Shabaab fighters killed as KDF repulsed militia

It has now emerged that more than 350 Al-Shabaab fighters were killed Friday after trying to overun a KDF base in Kulbiwyo in Southern Somalia some 18 kilometers near the Kenya Somali border.
According to a survivor of the attack, villagers in the area saw the militants bury their dead in a mass grave on saturday barely 24 hours after the attack.
The survivor whose name we are not going to disclose, most of those killed during the attack that claimed the lives of close to 30 KDF soldiers were child soldiers.
This as five bodies of the slain servicemen were buried today in Isiolo and Garissa counties amid calls by a section of opposition leaders to withdraw the troops from war torn country.
