Hey everyone, welcome to a new minimalism video. I talk about why you don't need more stuff, and why buying more stuff won't make you a happier person. Why it generally won't make your life better. And of course, how to go from always being on the lookout for the next thing to buy, to being content with and grateful for the things you already own.

Even after 8 years of living a minimalist lifestyle, I still catch myself wanting to buy a new piece for my wardrobe if I feel insecure. Or getting influenced by an ad for something fancy, thinking my life would somehow be better if I owned that fancy thing. However, I now know that it doesn't work that way. At least, not for me. Minimalist living has taught me many wonderful things :) And it continues to do so. I hope you'll enjoy this relaxing video.
