Body Percussion, Circle Singing, Moves! The Body Rhythm Festival takes place every year in Hamburg over the Whitsun weekend. It has been combining rhythm, movement and voice since 2015 and brings people from all over the world together. Here, your own body becomes a musical instrument: beats and sounds with all your senses. Three and a half days are packed with workshops and concerts.

The world of modern body music is multifaceted and lies on the threshold between music and performing arts. In addition to the creation of sounds and rhythms with one's own body, as is typical in body percussion, the festival covers numerous related topics: Circle Singing and Vocal Painting, Rhythm Choreography and Brazilian Songs, Pedagogy and Rhythm Games, Improvisation and Performance, Taketina and Konnakol, Beat Box and lots of Groove.
At concerts and workshops, people of all ages with and without previous experience are welcome to take a look beyond the musical horizon, to marvel, to groove and to enjoy melodies. Welcome to the world of body music!
