Training for the John Muir Trail - Mount Lady Washington

This weekend Sierra Trading Post's Andy Hawbaker and Chris Martin headed out to prepare for hiking the John Muir Trail. Both Andy and Chris will be heading out to California to hike the trail this July. 13er Mount Lady Washington seemed to be a great way to train for the trail both in terms of distance and elevation.
