QUEST Google+ Hangout with Simran Sethi about "From Farm to Fork to Fuel"
QUEST's new television series Host, Simran Sethi, speaks with two experts from our upcoming television episode "From Farm to Fork to Fuel" about innovative ways to reduce and reuse food waste, including turning it into biofuel. She's joined by Dana Gunders, a staff scientist at the NRDC (Natural Resources Defense Council), who works on market and policy oriented initiatives to promote sustainability throughout food systems and supply chains. Simran is also be joined by Lyle Estill, founder and president of Piedmont Biofuels. Estill is also the author of a number of books, including "Biodiesel Power: The Passion, the People, and the Politics of the Next Renewable Fuel." The producers of these television segments will also be participating in the discussion.
