Sharing with you some of my Nutrisystem meals that came in this 5-day belly buster kit.
I’ll walk you through what it looks like to get started using this kit to hopefully make it easier for you when you start yours. The nutrisystem 5 day belly buster box comes with breakfast lunch and dinner but you still have to add in a few groceries such as power fuels and smart carbs as well as 4 servings of vegetables a day. It can sound overwhelming but that's why I wanted to do this video because I just wanted to show you guys that if you just put a little thought into it and pick the things that work for you it's not overwhelming.

I'm going to continue eating Nutrisystem on and off just for the next couple of weeks so I can record some meals for you guys and help you out with some ideas for Nutrisystem meals. It was great but I miss being able to cook for myself because I have already learned to do that. Let me show you guys the results of the 5 days on Nutrisystem from this box.
