BINGE - The Blind Girl - A Prequel

Dear BINGE fans, first of all, we love you and we miss you and we hope you're surviving this difficult time as best as possible.

We're popping on here in light of recent upsetting news regarding actor Drake Bell.
We unequivocally stand with and believe survivors.

We debated, as a team, removing this film from our channel entirely. The thought of a survivor feeling unsafe, violated, or triggered in any way is horrifying to us. It's not aligned with our mission, it's not necessary, and it's not kind. After much conversation, however, we decided to leave it up with this disclaimer because: A. Many other talented artists put their heart and talents into this piece, and it doesn't feel fair to them to erase their work because of actions of one person -- especially when that person was not a part of the core creative development and producing team, and B. We've gotten so many comments and feedback over the past 4 years about how much this story has helped folks. It feels like a shame for one person to negate the good this film has done.

We are very much open to feedback regarding our decision. We hope it's the right one. We're all learning, growing, and trying to live life in the most compassionate way possible.

We love you and we hate that we're having to send this message.

SYNOPSIS:

Four Valentine's Days. Four stages of bulimia. Four bad, co-dependent dates with Jack (Drake Bell). Angela (Angela Gulner) is stuck in a seemingly endless cycle of her eating disorder: starve, binge, purge, repeat. With each day representing a different stage, Angela tries desperately to navigate both her friendship with her best friend and roommate, Kate (Daniela DiIorio) and her co-dependent relationship with her very own St. Valentine over a four year period.
