Centre Acknowledges That Fun, Pun, Satire & Humour Are Part Of Democracy, Says Ravi Shankar Prasad

Union IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad spoke exclusively to India Today's Rahul Shrivastava over Twitter losing legal protection cover. He said, "We acknowledge that fun, pun, satire, humor are part of democracy."
As the political war between the BJP and the Congress over the alleged Congress toolkit rages, the BJP accused Congress of attempting to delete the digital footprint of the exposed toolkit. The Congress, however, continues to maintain that the toolkit is fake and has accused the BJP of using a diversionary tactic to divert attention from its failures to tackle the pandemic.
Twitter tagged BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra’s tweet about an alleged toolkit by Congress as “manipulated media”.
