IAF Unleashes Massive Firepower in Vayushakti 2026 Near Pak Border

The Indian Air Force staged Exercise Vayushakti 2026 at Pokhran Air-to-Ground Range in Jaisalmer, putting on a powerful display of combat readiness close to the Pakistan border. Rafale jets detected and intercepted simulated enemy aircraft with advanced air-to-air missiles, while Akash and Spyder surface-to-air systems engaged and destroyed incoming threats, backed by L70 guns for layered defence. The exercise, with over 120 aircraft including frontline fighters and helicopters, echoed successes from Operation Sindoor and underscored the IAF's ability to safeguard borders.
