Category three Malakas opens the eye

Typhoon Malakas gradually intensifying into strong typhoon as it slowly forms an eye now visible via both satellite and IR imagery. At the meantime, Steven upgraded the storm twice, to a category three violent typhoon. Still, no threat to land. Interests should monitor this closely as this might have a threat in fishing and cargo industries.
