Hello friends
In this video I have explained the three fundamentals for or developing a persuasive communication skill. These are are the following:
1. Ethos
2. Pathos
3. Logos
the meaning of logos is to have an appeal two logic of the person you are talking to, here you must remember that is not absolute logic it is not your logic it is the logic of the person are the people you are speaking to. pathos means appeal to emotions. human beings are creature of emotions just facts do not motivate people to take action usually so so we need to to appeal to the emotions of the people as well.
third and the most important component days Ethos which means authenticity. we must ask this question to our self that why should people listen to us. authenticity has two components first expertise and knowledge and the second one is is integrity. either people should see us as an expert or why should trust and take our words on our face value based on our public life.
the logic can be brought in our communication by choosing appropriate facts from authentic sources or using examples which are suitable for the audience.
for bringing emotions in our communication we should work on our delivery our facial expressions tonal variations and gestures and pictures.
out of all these three components the most important is ethos.
