Transcript:
Hello there, and welcome to your meditation presented to you by Being Frenshe. This meditation is specially designed to help you unwind from the day's events in preparation and drift off into a restful sleep. Honoring wherever you may have come from before arriving here to your practice. Taking a moment for gratitude, a little silent thank you to yourself.

For making this space to wind down and reach your most restful state, deeply acknowledging wherever you may be in your motherhood journey at this moment, knowing this special time you have carved out for yourself is very much yours. This is your unique experience to find your most nurturing breath, to bring ease and comfort.

To strengthen your inner connection to your mind, to your body, to yourself. Taking a moment now to settle in, inviting you to take a position that feels comfortable for you. Avoid lying on your back if you may be in your second and third trimester, and instead laying on your side or in an upright position or any other posture where your body feels comfortable and relaxed.

Bringing your hands to cross over your heart or placing one hand over your heart, knowing you may change or move any part of your body at any time. Doing what is most comfortable for you, inviting you now to slowly close your eyes or gently lower your gaze downwards. Let us begin to slow down the breath, bringing our arms to the side of our body.

Connecting with the surface where our body is relaxing as every moment passes. Slowing the breath down a little more. Taking an inhale through the nose, noticing the belly rise, exhaling out the mouth, noticing the belly fall. Continuing with your breath like this throughout this meditation. Inhale through the nose, exhale out the mouth as the body and mind begin to slow on down.

Entering a time for your most restful state. You may notice a yawn escape or the desire to wiggle a part of your body. This is okay. This is normal. Allow your natural body functions to take place. This is welcomed. Breathing in through the nose, exhaling out the mouth. As any physical sensations arise, allow them to run their course before coming back to your breath.

Breathing in through the nose, exhaling out the mouth, as the mind is now settling down, noticing any thoughts that may be arising. Perhaps something that happened in your day or something that may always be on your mind. Allowing the thought to be there, acknowledging it before allowing it to drift away.

Taking a breath in through the nose and on your exhale out the mouth, letting any thoughts pass by. Like a cloud in the sky, taking a breath in through the nose, exhaling out the mouth. Becoming more settled. Bringing your attention now over to your head and shoulders from the top of your head where your dreams manifest and come to life over your face, ears, mouth.

Chin down your throat and over your shoulders, taking a breath in through the nose and on your exhale out the mouth, allowing all these parts to soften to be neutral and natural. Taking a breath in through the nose and on your exhale out the mouth to melt into your body a little more. You are relaxed.

Bringing your attention now over to your upper body, from the top of your head, over the shoulders, to your chest, arms, and over your stomach. Taking a breath in through the nose and exhaling out the mouth. With every breath out the shoulders soften. Relax, move away from the ears and melt into your surface a little more.

Taking a breath in through the nose and exhaling out the mouth. Feeling the rise and fall in your chest, in your stomach, perhaps noticing how they are similar yet different. Taking a breath in through the nose. And on your exhale out the mouth, you are ready for rest. Bringing your attention now over to your lower body, from your hips over your womb, down your legs to your feet, taking a breath in through the nose and exhaling out the mouth, allowing any physical sensations to take place naturally.
