Making a Viking Dragon Bed

Whilst researching Nordic Stave Churches Daria happened upon an early Viking Bed artefact from Gokstadgrava. A carved headboard and bed posts made to look like a Dragon, or horse or something. Inspired by the design, Daria set about creating a Viking-style Dragon headboard for our bed.

A simple design and easy to make. Plywood, jigsaw and a lot of sanding.
