Hello everyone, it's Andy here. As we've all been adjusting to the global events and changes happening around the world, I have been fortunate to spend a good amount of time in Taiwan, far away from my daily grind in LA. This has given me extra time to reflect so I wanted to share some recent thoughts with everyone.

The first is realizing the true value of time, understanding how precious and finite it really is. The second is accepting that nothing in life is constant and that change is inevitable. The third is to think about what success and failure really mean to you and to question whether it is worth sacrificing time and health to reach the goals you set for yourself.
