Ring of Gold is acoustic song from album Nordland I, by Bathory, or more precisely the one man behind the band, Quorthon.

It speaks of eternal love placed in mythical time connected to the Viking way of life, enriched by evocative imagery of magical Nordic landscapes.

This cover of 'Ring of Gold' is an effort to relive that feelings and imagery, and combine it with a spark of Celtic influence.
