One cup POUR OVER Recipe 14-220
Pour over coffee recipe developed by The Champion Alexandru Niculae (BOB coffee).
As for the grind size - you can play with it however your coffee requires. Sometimes, if water flows too fast - I drop the grind size pretty low. My lowest currently 18 clicks. Don't limit yourself to 21-25 clicks range.
Try to decrease the grind size 3 times in order to see how coffee reacts (like 22-20-18 clicks).
As for the temperature, I always use 90°C as a starting point. But for some coffee, 88 could work better.
