Smoked pierogi casserole on the pellet grill with cheesy pierogis, kielbasa, bacon, and smoky comfort food flavor. Easy BBQ casserole recipe perfect for weeknight dinners or cookouts.

1. Chop up kielbasa and fry it in a pan with chopped onion until browned.
2. In a bowl, combine shredded cheese, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
3. Add frozen pierogi to a casserole dish. (Sorry, ciocia.)
4. Top the pierogi with the kielbasa and onion mixture.
5. Pour the cheese mixture evenly over everything.
6. Cover with foil and smoke at 350°F for about 20 minutes, or until melted and bubbling.
7. Remove the foil and mix everything together until it reaches your desired thickness and creaminess.
8. Top with more shredded cheese.
9. Return to the smoker uncovered and cook until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
