I have numerous warm-up protocols for different workouts. Here you’ll see a very dynamic combination which I use before flat out sprint and jump sessions. You will see how the drills and movements are technically specific and also require high power. The speed/acceleration component progresses so that by the end neurally and physically the athletes will be ready for a great workout.
