Old Dominion hits half court game winner vs Texas State but it doesn't count

The Sun Belt tournament college basketball game between Old Dominion and Texas State had a wild ending as Old Dominion appeared to hit a half court buzzer beater to win the game, but after review the shot did not get off in time. Texas State then went on to win in overtime 92-83.
