Northern Illinois player scores layup while holding shoe in his other hand

During the college basketball game between Central Michigan and Northern Illinois, a Northern Illinois player scored a layup after losing his shoe. After he picked up his shoe, his team forced a turnover and he was open under the basket. He had no choice but to hit the layup with one hand while holding the shoe in his other.
