The Development Diaries is really a chronicle of everything that I do on a daily basis as a developer.

There are so many times when I think, we should have the cameras here, we should be capturing this moment. We've got a massive year coming up where we've got five or six projects in construction or about to be in construction, so why not take advantage of that? Have the cameras follow us around on all of these various projects, whether it's this eight unit build here, the ten unit building we're about to start, or our smaller projects like our garden suites and our laneway suites.

The idea is to show you the audience what it takes to be a developer and what kind of challenges come up every single day on a development site.

Follow me for all the ups and downs of being a real estate developer in today's market. From small scale developments all the way up to multifamily apartment buildings. This is the Development Diaries!
