In this video Darren does a quick walk-around of the property and explains everything which has been done in terms of the demolition phase and the expansion of the foundation. Furthermore, the projects final stages and the next steps moving forward are discussed. Darren touches on a few finishing elements which can be added to any project to ensure it will always exceed everyone's expectations.

Throughout the walk-through, Darren highlights on how to properly remove the entire back wall through the process of alleviating pressure caused from the surrounding structure. Darren also shows the temporary shoring which had to be put in place to stop a major cave in from delaying both the project and from causing any further damage to the surrounding properties. Lastly, you can learn from Darren about the importance of having a proper depth for footings to avoid the effects of frost heave if you ever plan on installing a walk out for your property.
