Today I’m sharing a Weight Loss Journey Vlog What I Eat In A Day. Yesterday, I had a really rough day… I fell into bad eating patterns. But today I’m starting fresh, and getting back on track! Starting with an Early Morning Workout With Me and then I’m sharing everything I eat, and the WW BLUE PLAN points for all meals!

I even have a little healthy #StarbucksHack to share! Who loves cold foam… ME!

I’m on a journey, with a goal for losing 150lbs! I’m currently -60lbs down using the WW Blue Plan, and I’ve started getting back into working out and fitness to help me reach my goals!
