These buffalo tofu sandwiches featuring our Lucky 7 Multigrain Sourdough
pack in 25g of protein and 11g of whole grain goodness per serving. Recipe details below!

Ingredients:
4 slices Izzio Artisan Bakery Lucky 7 Multigrain Sourdough
1 block extra firm tofu
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp buffalo sauce
1 c thinly sliced cabbage
1 stalk celery
1 tbsp ranch dressing
Salt and pepper, to taste

1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cut 1 block tofu in 8 equal planks. Press out excess moisture with a paper towel.
3. Arrange tofu on baking sheet, season with salt, and dust cornstarch evenly on all sides of tofu. Bake for 40 minutes until crispy.
4. Meanwhile, make the slaw: toss cabbage and celery in ranch dressing.
5. Toast Izzio Artisan Bakery Lucky 7 Multigrain Sourdough till golden brown.
6. Toss tofu in buffalo sauce.
7. Assemble sandwiches and serve warm.
