THINKIFIC VS TEACHABLE (2019) - COMPARING THESE ONLINE COURSE PLATFORMS ON COSTS AND PAYOUTS / Can't decide if you want to build your online course on Thinkific or Teachable? These are 2 of the most well-established online course platforms out there right now. This video is Part 1 of a 2-part detailed comparison that I go into between Thinkific and Teachable. In this video, I compare the 2 platforms on the total costs of using each platform, including:

--Monthly plan fees and transaction fees for the various plan levels offered by each platform.

--What online course creation features do you get for your money? And at which plan levels do you get access to certain features that might be important to you?

--Instructor payouts - I go into "Is there a delay in getting your students' payments?"

For some online course platforms, the answer to this question can vary by plan level, so I break this down for you (for both Thinkific and Teachable) so you'll clearly understand in which cases there would be a delay in getting your students' payments to you.

So as you can see, the total costs of using each platform consist of more than one thing, and the specific features you get also depends on your plan level (i.e. by how much you pay). So it's not a simple, black-and-white answer as to which of the 2 platforms is cheaper or more expensive to use. But no worries, because ...

By the end of this video, you'll have a good feel for which of these platforms (Thinkific or Teachable) meets your needs more based on financial factors (i.e. the total costs of using each platform).
