妈妈说花园长了好多斑斓叶用不完，所以今天采取传统娘惹糕点“斑斓椰丝卷”为灵感，做了“斑斓千层蛋糕”。纯天然斑斓叶色好清新，光看层次感就开心舒服了~
一层接一层薄软的斑斓香口味可丽饼，加上蓬松轻盈的奶油霜和马六甲红糖抄椰丝在内，真的又漂亮，又好吃，一点都不油腻~

My mum said that our garden grew a lot of Pandan leaves, so I took the traditional Baba Nyonya "Kueh Dadar" as inspiration and made the "Pandan Crepe Cake". The pure and natural pandan leaves color is so refreshing, felt comfortable and satisfying just by looking at these layers ~
Layers by layers of soft fragrant Pandan crepes, plus light & fluffy whipped cream with Gula Melaka flavored Grated Coconut within, really beautiful, delicious yet not greasy~

250毫升 斑斓汁 (10条 斑斓叶+250毫升 水)
240克 面粉
37.5克 玉米淀粉
75克 细纱糖
½茶匙 盐
6 鸡蛋
500g 牛奶
105g 无盐牛油 (溶化)

=椰丝馅料=
30毫升 水
30克 椰糖/马六甲红糖
1条 斑斓叶
45克 椰丝

=奶油糖霜=
600毫升 奶油（冷）
80克 细纱糖
1½茶匙 香草精

37.5g Corn Starch
75g Caster Sugar

500g Milk
105g Unsalted Butter (Melted)

30ml Water
30g Palm Sugar/Gula Melaka
1 Pandan Leaves
45g Grated Coconut

600ml Whipping Cream (Cold)
80g Caster Sugar
1½tsp Vanilla Extract
