"我们的视频着重展示美食制作过程，所有食材的来源都符合合法和道德标准。" 新春盆菜寓意盆满钵满，团团圆圆，非常喜庆。盆菜是把煮好的材料一层一层铺上去，最底层是菜，中层是猪皮、鱼鳔 ，上面是肉。这次傻大姐共用了16种食材来制作团圆新春大盆菜!

分量:8-10人份

食材:
1只 白斩鸡 （用半只)
10粒-12 冬菇 (泡浸软后,去丁,煮软)
6条 海参 (泡浸软后,煮软)
10只大虾 (加入少许盐和胡椒粉,炒熟,备用)
2块 鱼鳔 (泡浸软后,切块,焯水)
1罐 红烧鲍鱼 (取出鲍鱼,蒸10分钟)
10只 扇贝(洗净,蒸10分钟)
10只 蚝鼓 (加入少许姜,蒜和酱油炒熟)
少许 发菜 (泡浸软后,焯水)
适量 烧肉 （可以参考我之前视频做法/买现成的）
适量 腐竹(炸至金黄,备用)
6片 白菜 (汆烫后切块)
1-2条 白罗卜(切块,焯水)
适量 芋头 (炸至金黄,备用)
适量 西兰花 (切块,焯水)
适量 玉米芯(焯水)

调汁:
1000毫升 鸡汤
1罐 红烧鲍鱼汁
3大匙 蚝油
2大匙 酱油
1茶匙 盐
适量 胡椒粉
1汤匙 玉米粉+水（勾芡）

Chinese New Year's Poon Choi means reunion, very festive，can earn a lot. Poon Choi is to spread the cooked ingredients layer by layer, the bottom layer is vegetables, the middle layer is pork skin, fish maw, the top is meat. This time, Shadajie shared 16 kinds of ingredients to make Reunion Chinese New Year Big Poon Choi!

Servings: 8-10 person

Ingredients:
1 boiled chicken (use half)
10-12 shiitake mushrooms (soak until soft)
6 sea cucumbers (soaked )
10 large prawns (add a little salt and pepper, fry until cooked, set aside)
2 pieces fish maw (soak until soft, cut into pieces, blanch)
1 can braised abalone (remove the abalone and steam for 15 minutes)
10 scallops (washed and steamed for 15 minutes)
10 oyster (add a little ginger, garlic and soy sauce to fry)
A pinch of black moss (soak until soft, blanch)
A moderate amount of roast pork (you can refer to my previous video/buy ready-made)
Fuchok (fry until golden brown, set aside)
6 slices yellow cabbage (boiled and cut into pieces)
1-2 white radish (cut into pieces, blanched)
Taro (fry until golden brown, set aside)
Broccoli (cut into pieces, blanched)
Baby corn (blanched)

Sauce:
1000ml chicken soap
1 can Braised Abalone Sauce
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp salt
A pinch of white pepper
1 tbsp cornflour + water (to thicken)
