Building Bubble Plugins - Part 1 - Overview and Actions

In this tutorial we look at how to build a basic Bubble plugin. We create a single server-side action, and look at how to set Input values, and return values from an API. Specifically, we wire up a way to check the OpenAI Status API, to find out if it is functioning as intended.
