How to Prepare a Motherboard for Extreme Overclocking (EVGA Z590 DARK)

Some of you requested me to remake some of my old videos or about the same topics which I already tried to cover in the early days of my channel. On this video I show you how to prepare a modern motherboard for Extreme Overclocking, mainly for CPU LN2 overclocking but these same methods apply for dry ice and phase change cooling as well. For dry ice and single stage phase change you generally don't need an inferno backplate in my opinion.

I mostly use this method for all of my preparations as I find it great, so vaseline, armaflex insulation foam and just your regular blue shop towels. An inferno backplate helps a lot at the back to reduce the area prone to condensation. The key is to cover all of the areas around the CPU socket that may get condensation to prevent possible hardware damage and instability.
