*you will need enough medium dumbbells for 1/3 of the number in your class. Same for heavy dumbbells. If you choose to use exercise mats; you could have 1 for each client*
Welcome to the Carnival of Pain! This is a Small Space Bootcamp Circuit combining Plyometrics, Heavy Weights, Cardio, and Core Training. Our Goal: A fun workout to Build Muscle and Burn Fat with Intense Cardio Burst! This workout was a hit with my crew! My phone was dinging all-day and night about how creative and challenging this was. I really tried to think outside the box on this one. The most common request I get is small space training ideas. Often trainers feel they are limited by space...this proves that wrong! It's creatively designed to maximize a small space, yet give a huge variety of exercises and flow. Big space or small space you will love this this one!
