Small French Drain in front of a shed

This was a project for some friends of mine. They were having standing water in front of and under their shed. After talking with them, we decided to put a gutter across the front and to install a french drain to help with non-point surface water. My concrete guy also poured them a slab for their log splitter.

We ended up getting the dump truck pretty stuck and spent all evening trying to pull it out. After unloading the dirt we were able to get it pulled out, but had to borrow a chain from the neighbor. We had to bring some dirt back and fix the ruts we created and re-seed everything.
