This homeowner has a lot of water coming from the neighbor's patio and her own downspouts along her side yard. It's been eroding the side of the property pretty badly and her landscaper recommended GCFD. We talked to her about a solution and even offered to catch the neighbor's water. It's illegal here to dump water directly onto an adjacent property so we thought this was a great solution. The neighbor told her my system "wouldn't work" and declined our offer to tie into our system. Unfortunately, she may have to take legal action due to a difficult neighbor.
