This homeowner recently paid for a drainage system to be installed to solve her crawl space flooding issues. Unfortunately, the installers used perforated pipe, which sends the gutter water directly underground along the foundation. This leads to massive flooding of the foundation because the water has nowhere to go. Luckily she saw on facebook that I specialize in foundation drainage work.
