Never use corrugated pipe

We installed some solid PVC pipe to help direct water away from the basement. This house has already had pumps and pipes installed by cutting up the basement floor, but that didn't solve anything. We came in and have offered some practical solutions that have achieved a huge reduction in the basement flooding.
