Mexican Fideo con Pollo

1 to 1 1/2 chicken legs
2 - 5 oz boxes of fideo
4 1/2 c water
2 tomato flavored chicken bullion cubes
2 minced cloves of garlic
1/4 diced onion
1/2 tsp ground cumin
pinch of salt and pepper to season chicken
Be sure to use a pan with a lid.
