Broken 1960s Philips REEL to REEL Player - Trying to FIX

Here we have a broken Philips N4303 Reel to Reel Recorder/Player. It doesn't play and is in a sorry state. If it can be fixed it will be interesting to see what is on this 40 -50 year old tape!!!
