Coffee Damaged 2017 APPLE MACBOOK AIR from eBay - Trying to FIX

Here we have a broken 2017 Apple MacBook Air. I purchased it faulty on eBay for £200. It turns out that unbeknown to me it had previously drank a full mug of coffee!!!! Can it be fixed?
